Job Description

General Manager - Restaurant

Craft Brewery seeks General Manager for the location in Toronto; reporting to Ownership, the GM will lead the team, ensuring daily operations, fiscal responsibility, and business growth. They'll foster high-quality products and guest experiences while emphasizing diversity and equal opportunity while driving financial success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the team enthusiastically, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing food operations.
• Establish guest service standards, foster staff growth, and handle fiscal responsibilities.
• Contribute to strategic planning and collaborate across departments to meet business goals.

Competencies:

• Beer enthusiast and brand ambassador, effective time manager, clear communicator.
• Adaptable problem solver, consistently approachable, business-savvy, and inspirational team leader.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, embracing company values.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum five years F&B management experience, including two years as GM.
• Brewery operation experience preferred.
• Proficient in POS and inventory software, holds necessary certifications, and can meet physical requirements.
